Job Title:   Hospitality Technician – Customer Service Assistant

Location:  Chestertown MD

Duration: Contract - 11 months

Schedule: Shift-based role with morning and evening shifts; start and end times may vary based on guest needs.

Job Description

Have strong experience in hospitality services, housekeeping, and customer support and a proven ability to maintain clean, sanitary, and comfortable environments while supporting guest needs.

Responsibilities:

Serve meals and provide courteous guest assistance.

Clean and service rooms, including complete turnovers and stay-overs.

Perform general cleaning of the facility to maintain sanitary standards.

Restock coolers and supplies to ensure readiness for guests and staff.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Attention to detail with consistent cleaning practices.

Teamwork attitude and professional communication with guests and peers.

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbs and to reach, kneel, and bend.

Reliable transportation required; occasional driving may be needed.

Preferred Skills:

High School Diploma.

Experience in hospitality or housekeeping settings.
