What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers by phone while providing exceptional service and support.
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound customer service calls
  • Assist with account setup and maintenance
  • Process payments and account transactions
  • Resolve customer concerns and questions
  • Explain account information and policies
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Meet quality and performance standards
Paid Training
Training Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (4–6 Weeks)
Regular Work Schedule: Monday–Friday: 11:30 AM – 8:15 PM
Occasional Saturdays required with a scheduled weekday off.

Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
