Job description

Job Summary:
VP Management is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Guest Satisfaction Specialist. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located at our management company in Princeton, West Virginia. The Guest Satisfaction Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a positive experience during their stay, and will work closely with management to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain guests survey reports on multiple franchises
• Address any questions or concerns guests may have during their stay
• Monitor guest satisfaction through franchise reports, surveys and feedback forms
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quick and effective solutions to guest concerns
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, providing exceptional customer service
• Keep track of and report on guest satisfaction metrics
• Remain knowledgeable about hotel/restaurant facilities, services, and events to better assist guests
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with hotel/restaurant operations and guest satisfaction metrics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer systems
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
