Job description

SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Sales & Customer Support Specialist for a client in Southwest Michigan. This on-site position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience supporting both customer service and sales operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer support, coordinating sales activities, maintaining CRM and industry-specific information system, and ensuring accurate documentation in a highly regulated environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide customer support by responding to inquiries regarding services, order status, and related processes via phone and email.
  • Support sales operations by coordinating schedules, assisting with customer follow-up, and maintaining CRM records.
  • Maintain accurate customer information within CRM and industry-specific information system, including account updates and order processing.
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, incident tracking, and data accuracy to support operational excellence.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and customer review activities for internal teams.
  • Promote additional services and support business development initiatives with new and existing customers.
  • Assist with proposals, administrative documentation, and credentialing activities as needed.
  • Train team members on established customer service and sales support processes and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and maintain a high level of accuracy in all customer records and communications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of combined customer support and sales support experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce experience, preferably both Classic and Lightning.
  • Experience working in a regulated and customer-focused organization is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
