Job description

Position Overview

Maple Hill Auto Group is looking for a part-time Customer Advocate to help us stay connected to the people we serve. In this role, you’ll monitor customer feedback across online platforms, follow up after sales and service visits, and help surface trends that make us better. You’ll work closely with department managers and support the front desk when needed — all while keeping a genuine focus on the customer experience.

Schedule

  • Flexible schedule
  • 4-5 hours a day between 9am-5pm
  • 20-25 hours a week


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid and Insurable driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a drug screen (including marijuana)
  • Customer service experience preferred


Essential Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews across online platforms
  • Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups by phone and email after sales and service visits
  • Identify feedback trends and communicate them to the relevant managers
  • Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalations
  • Maintain the customer feedback database and generate reports
  • Back up reception duties including answering phones and greeting customers
  • Assist with document scanning and filing
