Job Description

The PLM Solution Development Manager for Digital Transformation (DT) program is responsible for holistically managing the solution development on the 3DExperience platform from Dassault Systems and delivery of the PLM systems to the business organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a 3‑4 multi‑site team of architects, technical PMs and BPAs for program execution.
  • Manage work allocation of team members to projects by assigning resources in consultation with project managers.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to review ongoing work assignments and provide direction and guidance as needed.
  • Evaluate performance of team members and set yearly performance goals.
  • Perform managerial tasks such as administrative approvals and personnel matters.
  • Hire, motivate and develop talent within the team to drive execution excellence and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Plan talent development within the team for future expected IT applications and skill‑set needs.
  • Prepare project internal proposals, yearly strategic plans, budget forecasts, etc.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with peer groups and vendors to collaborate and leverage support and sponsorship for project execution.
  • Capture investment business cases, develop high‑level approach and investment justifications for business stakeholders and secure buy‑ins.
  • Actively manage program risk across budget, resource, quality and delivery timelines and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Review solution designs, project plans and key presentations for accuracy and completeness before stakeholder presentation.
  • Review project phase‑gate presentations for milestone completeness before sign‑off requests to business.
  • Own and execute proofs of concept, workshops, software product evaluations and implementation projects.
  • Create new playbooks, best knowledge migrations, methodologies, etc. with a target to gain operational efficiency and productivity improvements.
  • Spot work‑method improvement opportunities, and drive them from inception to delivery by assembling the necessary pieces.
  • Resolve issues effectively by coordinating activities with business, stakeholders and extended groups in crisis situations.
  • Attend Dassault and related conferences to stay updated with current and future offerings from Dassault and partner OEMs/ISVs.
  • Travel for training, project planning meetings and conferences.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience managing a team of 4‑8 direct reports.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience with Enovia 3DExperience platform.
  • Minimum three (3) years of development and configuration experience in Enovia 3DExperience platform.
  • Functional knowledge of 3DExperience Engineering Central, MBOM module, SAP Integration and Change Management.
  • Functional knowledge of Delmia product portfolio from Dassault is a plus.
  • Solution development experience with Power BI, Snowflake, etc. is a plus.
  • Functional knowledge of ERP, CRM, SRM and MES systems is a plus.
  • Ability to create tailored presentations for different audiences.
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups at various levels within the organization.
Compensation & Location

Base Pay Range: $114,100.00 – $194,000.00 per year. Primary Location: Ann Arbor, MI, USA.
