Job description

Donovan Marine is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Returns Department. The ideal candidate will have experience processing returns and effectively communicating with vendors.

Position Summary:


The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and processing product returns in accordance with company policies, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and timely resolution. This role also requires consistent communication with vendors to coordinate return authorizations, discrepancies, and follow-ups.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and inspect returned merchandise
  • Process and issue credits to customers
  • Verify return eligibility and documentation
  • Accurately record returns in the system
  • Communicate with vendors regarding return authorizations, claims, and discrepancies
  • Coordinate resolution of return-related issues in a timely manner
