What does a customer returns associate do?

A Customer Returns Associate is responsible for processing product returns and exchanges, ensuring that customers have a smooth and positive experience. They inspect returned items for damage or defects, verify receipts or proof of purchase, and follow company policies to issue refunds or replacements.
