Job Summary:
SourcePro Search, LLC is conducting a search for an accomplished Senior CRM Manager to join a leading law firm in New York. The Senior CRM Manager champions the firm's CRM system, ensuring accurate and accessible contact data for marketing and communication initiatives, while optimizing processes to enhance client engagement and grow digital traffic.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain the firm’s CRM system (as of 2023, Salesforce);
• Use knowledge of best practices and available tools on best ways to keep contact data accurate, including new sources of authoritative data;
• Design and implement new reporting capabilities in CRM, using Business Development business requirements and reporting needs;
• Administer the use of and provide support for CRM and mass mailing applications;
• Maintain back-end processes and settings to ensure optimal technical configuration of CRM systems, and support data integration projects with other Firm systems;
• Lead and train vendor teams in multiple CRM-related actions and provide CRM-related training for Business Development and other users, as applicable;
• Coordinate internally with IT to evaluate CRM and related software applications to identify and implement solutions and upgrades or enhancements;
• Collaborate with BDEV Department colleagues to support all mailings, thought leadership and events;
• Oversee mass-marketing emails and other digital initiatives in support of the Firm’s digital marketing strategy and to enhance the brand of the Firm; and
• Support and administration of additional related projects, digital content, resources, and other initiatives and programs for the Digital Marketing and Business Development teams as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 10 years of experience working with and supporting office applications and data integrity/quality issues
• Expert proficiency in CRM Systems (Interaction, Salesforce and accompanying integrations) and related applications
• Expert proficiency in communications applications (Pardot, Vuture)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Excellent verbal and communication skills, including attention to detail and proofreading
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at any given time
• Advanced knowledge of legal and professional services industry and related marketing
• Advanced knowledge of marketing resources, principles, procedures, and concepts
• Advanced knowledge of technical principals and best practices for electronic communications
• Advanced knowledge of IT back-end systems and best practices
• Fundamental knowledge of HTML code and principles
Preferred:
• At least 10 years of experience within a CRM software environment (LexisNexis, InterAction strongly preferred)
• At least 10 years of experience within an eMarketing Solution suite environment (Tikit strongly preferred)
