The Role

As a Client Enrollment & Studio Relations Advisor, youโ€™ll:
Serve as the first point of connection for leads and walk-ins, guiding them through our offerings and helping them confidently enroll.
Support studio operations by checking in clients, answering phones, responding to messages, and keeping our space organized and welcoming.
Assist with sales from our apothecary boutique, ensuring clients have a seamless shopping experience.
Maintain client relationships by providing thoughtful follow-up and ensuring a high-quality customer experience at every touchpoint.

This role balances sales goals with customer service excellenceโ€”perfect for someone who is results-driven yet deeply values community and connection.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email to enroll them in memberships, trainings, and private services.

  • Front Desk Operations: Check clients in for classes/events, process payments, and answer questions with warmth and professionalism.

  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and messages, resolving client needs effectively.

  • Apothecary Sales: Assist clients in selecting products and complete transactions in our wellness boutique.

  • Studio Support: Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful studio environment.

  • CRM & Administrative Tasks: Keep client records updated, track follow-ups, and assist with scheduling.

You Are
