Position Summary

Livella Brand Group is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused person to support our Sales Support & Customer Operations function.


The Associate will assist customers and the sales team with quotes, order entry, CRM opportunities, vendor registrations, backorders, shipment tracking, invoices, returns, service coordination, and other customer-support responsibilities.


This position provides additional capacity and dependable coverage during busy periods, vacations, illness, meetings, and other absences.


Key Responsibilities


Customer Support

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests.
  • Assist with routine questions regarding quotes, orders, pricing, availability, tracking, invoices, returns, service, and backorders.
  • Follow assigned customer requests through completion.
  • Provide proactive updates when order status changes.


Quotes & Orders

  • Prepare routine customer quotes using established pricing and procedures.
  • Review and process customer purchase orders.
  • Verify products, pricing, quantities, shipping information, and other required details.
  • Enter orders accurately into manufacturer systems.
  • Send order confirmations and maintain accurate records.


CRM & Vendor Opportunities

  • Enter and update opportunities in the company CRM.
  • Maintain accurate project, customer, value, timing, and salesperson information.
  • Assist with manufacturer and vendor opportunity registrations.
  • Support special pricing programs, and project registrations.
  • Track approvals, registration numbers, expiration dates, and outstanding information.


Backorders & Order Follow-Up

  • Monitor open orders and backorders.
  • Keep customers informed of delays and expected availability.
  • Provide shipment tracking when products ship.
  • Follow up with manufacturers when updated information is needed.


Returns, Service & Documentation

  • Initiate routine returns and return authorizations.
  • Provide customers with return and service instructions.
  • Assist with manufacturer service and repair processes.
  • Provide tracking, invoices, acknowledgments, and other order documentation.
