Lavanderia Dry Cleaners has proudly served Greater Boston for over 30 years. As a family-owned business, we've built our reputation on exceptional customer service, reliability, and quality. We're growing our Pickup & Delivery division and are looking for a professional Route Driver who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

This position is ideal for someone who wants more than "just a driving job." You'll become the trusted face of our company, building relationships with customers while providing a premium service throughout the Greater Boston area.

What You'll Do

  • Pick up and deliver dry cleaning and laundry to residential and commercial customers.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
  • Load and unload garments carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
  • Verify orders and collect payments when necessary.
  • Keep your route organized, efficient, and on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean, safe company vehicle.
  • Represent Lavanderia with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Valid Massachusetts driver's license.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • Delivery, courier, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
