Elements Massage Pentagon City is a wellness studio looking for an engaging, fearless, outgoing personality to lead retail sales and customer service of potential clients and current members. Our business is built on Elements Wellness Program sales and we reward our team when we meet our objectives.

Our team members must bring prior sales experience and a track record of success in selling services. Commission is earned for every wellness plan sale, with opportunities to earn $200+ in additional bonuses each month.

Responsibilities and Duties
Elements Massage is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate who thrives in a sales-driven environment and can consistently deliver results.
  • Confidently inform all clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no-hassle plan
  • Follow our proven sales process to successfully enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program
  • Serve as the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio
  • Ensure client appointment paperwork and payment processes are brief, painless, and accurate
  • Collaborate with Managers and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are the center of the world
Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrated success in sales is required - candidates must show prior experience meeting or exceeding sales goals, ideally in retail or service environments
  • Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty
  • Strong communication skills: must enjoy talking, but more importantly, excel at listening to clients
  • Ability to turn client feedback into opportunities for exceptional customer service
  • Customer service experience in a spa-like or hospitality environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are processed with easy-to-learn computer programs
  • Driven to create the best work environment for employees and the best experiences for clients
Studio Specific Benefits
  • Pay: $15-$18 per hour depending on experience
  • Commission and bonuses based on monthly conversion numbers
