We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager to lead the global planning and execution of customer-facing demo experiences across 500+ Apple Stores worldwide. You will operate at the intersection of retail strategy and engineering execution, driving intake, prioritization, and roadmap planning for multiple concurrent initiatives that span hardware, software, services, and retail operations. You will establish the operational processes, governance frameworks, and cross-functional rhythms that align Engineering, Product, Marketing, Creative, and Business stakeholders on what matters most.You will bridge business and engineering - translating ambiguous requirements into actionable technical solutions and delivery plans, and influencing executive stakeholders through prioritization, tradeoff analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
5+ years as an EPM or TPM driving complex, multi-disciplinary programs delivered against non-negotiable hardware-software release schedules. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceProven ability to drive intake, prioritization, and roadmap planning across 10+ concurrent initiatives with competing executive priorities and shared engineering resourcesExperience translating ambiguous business and creative requirements into engineering specs, delivery plans with risk mitigatedHands-on experience with Splunk, Snowflake and Tableau: dashboard design, metric definition, and partnering with engineers on instrumentationHands-on experience with devices spanning multiple Apple platforms (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, visionOS)Hands-on fluency with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Proven track record of introducing or maturing program rituals (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, status cadences).Direct experience program-managing Marcom production pipelines, interactive campaign activations, 3D asset creation pipelines, game engines (Unity, Unreal), demo apps, digital builds and in-store creative deployments at fleet scale, including direct management of both external creative vendors and an internal production team delivering against globally localized launches (multi-country, multi-language)
Experience using AI to improve workflows and effectivenessProgram-managing NPI launches tied to hardware release calendars across multiple product families, including pre-release disclosure environments.Experience program-managing content or software delivery to globally distributed retail or field environments (500+ sites, multi-locale, OTA distribution)
