What You'll Do
  • Own the Sales Cycle: You'll educate guests on our proprietary products and sell Wax Passes to ensure they stay on their beauty routine.
  • Create the Experience: You are the "Director of First Impressions," ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and hyped for their service.
  • Master the Hustle: You'll work in a fast-paced environment where hitting targets is the goal and celebrating wins is the culture.
Scheduling & Availability
  • Dynamic Scheduling: This role requires a high degree of flexibility. You will lead a variety of shifts throughout the week (mornings and evenings) and will be required to work at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week to ensure our team and guests are supported during our busiest times.
