What’s a typical day as Customer Service Assistant? You’ll be:
• Supporting Client Service Specialists (CSS) with client communications to help obtain records.
• Managing incoming invoices and correspondence while ensuring accuracy in custodian invoicing.
• Handling calls and emails from agents or field contacts and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Can communicate effectively by phone and email; legal or administrative experience is a plus!
• Are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
