An order entry specialist is a customer-facing position in which you take purchase orders from each customer or salesperson and accurately input them into a computer database. Responsibilities include working closely with other departments such as sales, manufacturing, and shipping to maintain order accuracy and track the availability of each product. You then ensure they fulfill each order promptly. Small, established Records retrieval firm looking for an experienced Order Entry Specialist/Customer Service Rep. Knowledge of MR8 system a must. Attractive position with upward potential. Hourly pay, based on experience, with incentives and monthly bonuses. Start at $19 per hour, but is negotiable based on work history/experience. Hours are from 8:30 to 5:00, but flexible. Once established, working from home, if needed, is a possibility.
Well established, 10+ year old company. Over 30 years of experience in Records Retrieval. Lots of growth potential/raises.
