We are looking for a Customer Development Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing our small to medium sized clients. You will identify areas of improvement to increase the client's brand awareness. This position is client facing and involves direct sales. A Customer Development Specialist is responsible for handling questions, comments and complaints regarding our client's services and products. Your ultimate goal is to provide positive customer experiences by enhancing relationships between our client and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends

• Determine product demand and customer awareness

• Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment

• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
