About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive who thrives on opening doors and building new relationships. Youโ€™ll play a key role in generating leads, identifying opportunities, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and engage target accounts through cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and industry connections.
  • Build Relationships: Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and prospective clients.
  • Support the Sales Process: Collaborate with senior sales leaders to assist with discovery meetings, presentations, proposals, and client communications.
  • Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct research on target accounts, industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, follow-ups, and pipeline stages using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align messaging and tailor outreach strategies to prospective clients.

Requirements

Experience:
