  • Responsible for the overall quality of every customer experience from proper greeting to re-delivery.
  • Ensures that every customer is greeted within 5 Seconds of entering the Service Lane
  • Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Pick up and deliver customer vehicles safely and professionally.
  • Coordinate customer transportation and pickup appointments.
  • Prepare rental agreements and manage our rental vehicle fleet.
  • Keep rental vehicles organized, fueled, and ready for customers.
  • Assist the service department with customer support and daily operations.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure an exceptional experience from start to finish.
  • Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
  • Follow all required safety and hazardous materials procedures as required by dealership policies and applicable laws and regulations, including OSHA and MIOSHA

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assisting customers with miscellaneous items
  • Relating positively and courteously with diverse groups of people (customers, visitors, and staff)

  • May be required to put gas in vehicles
  • All other duties as assigned
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
