About the Role
Looking to start a career in manufacturing? No experience required-we will train you.
Custom Filters Direct is hiring Entry-Level Production Assemblers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with consistent daytime hours and opportunities for growth.
  • Assemblers - responsible for building and assembling air filters
  • Customs Dept - Responsible for finishing filters by cutting and capping them to final inspections (must be able to read a tape measure)

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12am (Overtime may be required at times based on business needs)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Weekly Pay
  • Starting pay: $14.00/hour with opportunities for growth and advancement
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Paid Time Off (PTO) offered after 90 days
