Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer. This role is responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential homes while delivering high‐quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Essential Functions

  • Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, piping, and gas lines in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Assemble and install heating and air‐conditioning units in residential settings.
  • Perform installations independently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Read and follow installation plans, layouts, and written instructions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.
  • Interact professionally with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • EPA Universal Certification (required)
  • 2–3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • A valid driver's license with at least 3 years of US driving experience, is required for this role
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to take direction from Leads and Supervisors
  • Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality
  • Commitment to following all safety rules and procedures
  • Ability to work in confined spaces including attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with assistance
  • Ability to safely use tools and ladders
  • Willingness to invest in and maintain required tools
  • Professional demeanor and customer‐focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • HVAC Trade School Certificate
