Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys helping people, fixing things, and making a real difference every day? Custom Air & Plumbing is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team!

As a Residential Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the trusted expert homeowners rely on to keep their comfort systems running smoothly. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, provide solutions, and deliver the exceptional service experience that sets Custom Air & Plumbing apart.

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform residential HVAC and plumbing maintenance services with skill and professionalism
  • Inspect, test, and troubleshoot equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems
  • Complete tune-ups, safety checks, and preventative maintenance services
  • Educate homeowners on system performance, comfort solutions, and recommended services
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and respect customers’ homes
  • Provide friendly, reliable service while representing the Custom Air & Plumbing brand
  • Document work performed and communicate findings clearly with customers and team members
