What You’ll Do
  • Install residential amp; light commercial HVAC systems
  • Work with split systems, package units, heat pumps amp; air handlers
  • Perform system start-ups, testing amp; final walkthroughs
  • Ensure installs meet manufacturer specs amp; local codes
  • Communicate clearly with customers (bilingual English amp; Spanish is a plus!)
  • Collaborate with a team that takes pride in high-quality work
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Ability to read schematics amp; installation manuals
  • High attention to detail
  • Professional, customer-first mindset
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
