Residential HVAC Installer

Custom Air & Plumbing is looking for a motivated and experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team! If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy working hands-on, and want to be part of a company that values professionalism and teamwork, we want to hear from you.
As a Residential HVAC Installer, you'll be responsible for installing heating and cooling systems in residential homes while delivering top-quality customer service and ensuring every installation is completed safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
  • Install residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, and ductwork
  • Replace and upgrade existing HVAC equipment
  • Read and interpret installation plans and manufacturer specifications
  • Perform system start-ups, testing, and basic troubleshooting
  • Ensure installations meet local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer basic questions about installed systems
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Work closely with team members and installation managers to complete projects on schedule

What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
  • Previous residential HVAC installation experience preferred
  • EPA Certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Physical Requirements
