Custom Air and Plumbing is hiring an experienced Residential Plumber to support residential and light commercial customers in the Sarasota, Florida area. We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused plumber who takes pride in diagnosing problems, making quality repairs, and doing the job right the first time.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
  • Troubleshoot water heaters, fixtures, drains, piping, and related components
  • Perform routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and system performance checks
  • Clearly explain issues and repair options to homeowners and business customers
  • Complete service documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
  • Represent Custom with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of plumbing service experience (residential and/or light commercial)
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Applicable plumbing license or certifications (as required by state/local regulations)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work in crawlspaces, attics, trenches, and outdoor conditions
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
