Position Overview
Custom Air is seeking a skilled and motivated Residential HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This position is open due to continued company growth and expansion, creating an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to build a long-term career with us. As we expand our service capacity, we’re looking for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and system inspections
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
  • EPA certification required
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
