Job description

Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teacher in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Support behavior management strategies and techniques
- Assist in the development and implementation of age-appropriate curriculum
- Provide individualized attention and support to children with special needs, including those with autism
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the well-being and development of each child

Requirements:
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques for young children
- Familiarity with curriculum development for children under the age of six
- Understanding of the unique needs of children with autism or other special needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children
