Responsibilities
  • Conduct and oversee all aspects of hourly employee training, including but not limited to orientation, initial training, tastings, informational seminars, ongoing development of employees, etc.
  • Review, maintain and update hourly employee training and reference materials
  • Observe, maintain and update systems when needed and communicate observations with management and partners
  • Attend management meetings and informational seminars as applicable
  • Achieve and maintain level of excellence in all functions outlined in hourly team job descriptions
  • Assist GM and designated managers/chefs as directed to interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise and develop all hourly employees as needed
  • Use online applicant tracking system (ATS) and teach ATS functions to managers as needed
  • Assist with execution and organization of GHS, food handlers compliance, and alcohol awareness training
  • Model and promote teamwork across all teams
  • Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy
  • Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
  • Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications
  • 2 years of trainer experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Skilled in leading and developing teams

Salary Range
USD $60,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
