As the Cheddar's Culinary Manager, you'll work across all aspects of the restaurant to ensure our high standards of excellence in all areas of business, which includes; food cost and quality, profitability, ordering food & beverages, training and development, safety and sanitation, as well as facilities management. You'll set high standards for your team; coaching them to treat each other with respect.
