Job description

Culinary Depot is seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Territory Sales Representative to develop and grow business within an assigned territory. This is a highly customer-facing outside sales role that requires frequent in-person meetings, site visits, and ongoing relationship management with clients, consultants, contractors, and end users.

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a territory, building long-term customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and overseeing projects through the full sales cycle. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.

You will work closely with Culinary Depotโ€™s internal design, project management, procurement, and operations teams to ensure successful execution from initial opportunity through final delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Management & Business Development
  • Develop and grow business within an assigned sales territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings, job site visits, walkthroughs, and customer presentations
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-building
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for expansion
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of active projects and opportunities
Sales Process Management
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and project execution
