About the Role

Weโ€™re seeking freelance Organic Social Media Consultants to join our talent collective and support a range of B2C, B2B, and D2C clients. This role is ideal for marketers who can build and grow social presence through creative content, platform expertise, and strong community engagement.

Projects may include developing social strategies, managing day-to-day posting, launching new channels, or scaling existing programs. Contract engagements typically range from 10โ€“40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube)

  • Create and manage content calendars aligned to brand and growth goals

  • Produce or collaborate on engaging content including posts, short-form video, and series-based content

  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and platform optimization

  • Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and community interactions

  • Build and nurture online communities to increase engagement and brand loyalty

  • Monitor social trends and platform updates to inform content strategy

  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights

Requirements
  • Strong experience in organic social media management across either B2C, B2B, or D2C brands

  • Proven ability to grow engagement, audience, and brand presence

  • Experience with community management and audience interaction

  • Understanding of platform-specific best practices and trends

  • Ability to balance creative storytelling with performance-driven outcomes

  • Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, native analytics)

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Comfort working across different industries and brand voices
