Job description

Window Crew Leader

Lead the crew. Own the project. Deliver quality.

We’re looking for an experienced Window Crew Leader to oversee residential window installations from start to finish. You’ll lead a skilled crew, ensure safe and efficient installations, and provide an excellent customer experience.

Pay

$36–$39/hour

($31–$34 base + average $5/hour company benefits contribution)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee residential window installations
  • Coach, direct, and ensure the safety and productivity of your crew
  • Communicate with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collect payments and complete project documentation
  • Communicate with managers and team members
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field
  • Maintain high standards for quality, craftsmanship, and professionalism
  • Qualifications
  • Extensive residential window installation experience
  • Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
