About the Role:
Join Jds Landscaping & Irrigation LLC as a Sod Installation Crew Leader and take charge of transforming outdoor spaces in Midway, GA! In this exciting role, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering top-notch sod installation services, ensuring customer satisfaction and beautiful landscapes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead sod installation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Supervise and train crew members on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and grade soil for optimal sod placement.
  • Manage inventory and ensure all materials are available for each job.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and tools.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of installations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns promptly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in landscaping or sod installation, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
