Where You Will Work: This is a remote position based in or near Eugene, OR, with regular travel to branch locations across Oregon. (Branches) 

Pay Range: The target annual pay range for this position is $75,856 - $86,200. The full annual pay range is $68,960 - $103,440.

  • Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer of employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Job Overview: This position is responsible for driving deposit growth, fee income, and member satisfaction for Peak Credit Union's Business Services division. Includes developing new treasury management relationships, expanding and retaining existing member relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor by delivering tailored cash management and payment solutions. Partners closely with Commercial Loan Officers, Small Business Development Officers, and internal teams to provide consultative sales, implementation support, ongoing relationship management, and subject-matter expertise across the credit union's suite of treasury products and services.

What You'll Do: 

  • Develops and executes a treasury management sales strategy focused on new business acquisition and deepening existing member relationships.
  • Conducts in-person and virtual sales calls, needs assessments, and on-site evaluations for prospective and existing business members.
  • Maintains a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently meets or exceeds deposit and fee income/revenue goals.
  • Prepares and delivers tailored treasury management proposals, pricing recommendations, and presentations.
  • Leads the full treasury management sales cycle, including discovery, proposal development, implementation coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Serves as a key contributor to the continued build-out, enhancement, and evolution of the Credit Union's treasury management product suite, providing frontline insight into member needs, competitive gaps, and market trends.
  • Partners with Business Services leadership, digital banking, operations, risk, IT, and vendor partners to identify, evaluate, and recommend new treasury products, services, and technology enhancements that support business member growth and operational efficiency.
  • Serves as the primary treasury management advisor for assigned business members, ensuring solutions continue to align with their operational and financial needs
  • Coordinates calling efforts with Commercial Loan Officers and other internal partners to identify cross-selling opportunities and provide holistic financial solutions
  • Conducts periodic account reviews, including transaction activity, limits (ACH, wires, RDC), and service utilization.
  • Supports members with the set-up and ongoing use of treasury management services both remotely and on-site, as needed.
  • Assesses operational and risk considerations related to treasury management services in collaboration with internal partners
  • Represents Peak Credit Union in the community at business networking events, trade shows, and treasury-related industry functions as appropriate.
  • Maintains strong awareness of treasury management trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
  • All other duties as assigned.

When You'll Be Working: Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with flexibility to work varying hours as needed. Regular travel to branch locations is required.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in treasury management, cash management, business banking, or a related financial services role. Would lean more on previous experience than on the bachelor's degree
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field of study.

Bonus Points If You Have: 

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation

  • Ability to travel locally for member meetings, on-site implementations, and business development activities. Valid driver's license required.

  • Full-Time Regular employees accrue 8 hours of vacation and 8 hours of sick leave, on a monthly basis. 
  • Full-Time Regular hired employees also receive 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, 1 floating holiday, 16 hours of self-care time, and 16 hours of volunteer time.

All benefits except 401k start the first of the month following date of hire. Employees become eligible to contribute to 401k on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
