Position Summary 

Seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join Credit One's Products Team. This is a hybrid financial analysis / data science position. 

The Products team is responsible for profitably expanding our product line with innovative credit card offerings, while also managing our existing products to meet financial hurdles.  In this role, you will play a key role in evaluating the financial viability of our newest credit card products, partnerships, and business opportunities.

Summary of Essential Job Functions
  • Build and own detailed financial P&L models that evaluate the financial viability of new products and new business opportunities
  • Present model output to peers, department leaders, and management
  • Review and assess analytical reports prepared by others and make recommendations
  • Utilize database tools to manage, manipulate and analyze large sets of financial information
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis, primarily related to anomaly detection and investigation
  • Review monthly performance trends and KPIs to identify and recommend product enhancements
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from across the bank 
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
  • 6+ years relevant work experience in a similar role in a professional corporate environment
  • Ability to use of at least one of the following: Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, or SAS
  • Advanced excel skills and the ability to build, understand, and follow complex financial models and P&Ls
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to take ownership of your work product
  • Ability to partner with management to drive solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team
  • Detail oriented and analytically savvy
  • Proficient presenting your work in PowerPoint  
Preferred
  • Experience in FP&A or corporate finance
