Job description

The credit card representative will provide servicing for all credit card products, Visa and MasterCard. Gather and prepare reports, agreements, and letters associated with the processing of Visa and MasterCard credit cards while following established policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities

  • To provide an exceptional service experience, every time!
  • Must have excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Primarily responsible for maintaining Credit Card Programs, changes to applications, disclosures, rates, terms & conditions, etc.
  • Accept and process credit card applications approved by Lenders and Loan Committee.
  • Daily submission of the credit cards' payments processed in the branches.
  • Monitor daily reports on credit cards activity and credit cards bank portfolio.
  • Daily balancing of all general ledger accounts associated with credit card programs.
  • Prepare department and Board of Director reports as scheduled.
  • Monitor and process credit cards fraud transactions, both Consumer and Business.
  • Process credit cards charge-offs in cooperation with the collection representatives.
  • Assist with the processing of the loans: origination, boarding to core system and servicing.
  • Assist with handling ACHs processing.
  • Handle general credit customer service via phone, email, and mail.
  • Other duties as assigned: duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice, deemed necessary by Management.
Requirements
Education and Experience
  • 1-2 years of applicable professional experience required (credit card processing, account handling, loan experience)
  • Banking experience preferred
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong verbal, written, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

This job is an onsite position, operating M-F and is performed in a normal office setting, The role routinely uses standard office equipment. Travel may be required.
Salary Description
$20-$22 /hour
