Location: Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite)

Description:
  • We are looking for a Program Manager with deep experience in Organisational Change Management (OCM), process engineering, and transformation initiatives.
  • Ideally, candidates should have experience within Credit Card or Payments domains, specifically across Risk, Fraud, or Operations functions.
Certifications:
  • Prosci Certification
  • PMP Certification
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive high-stakes modernization programs, leading large and diverse onsite teams to deliver complex, multi-phase initiatives.
  • Manage and inspire large onsite teams (50+ members) across engineering, operations, and support functions.
  • Oversee migration of legacy systems to modern platforms with minimal disruption.
  • Establish governance frameworks, risk management plans, and performance tracking mechanisms.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional leaders, vendors, and clients to ensure successful execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Agile practices, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage escalations while maintaining team productivity and stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Experience & Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale transformation or modernization programs.
