Job description

Position Summary

The Commercial Credit Card Services Analyst I provides foundational operational and client support for Commercial Credit Card Services. The role focuses on accurate execution of established processes, timely issue resolution, and high-quality client service. Responsibilities include standard documentation collection and preparation per underwriting approvals and policy, as well as processing temporary credit limit increases in accordance with established guidelines and approvals. Complex or non-routine issues are escalated appropriately.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve routine internal and external client inquiries following established procedures.
  • Execute daily operational tasks with high accuracy, including account maintenance and updates.
  • Collect, validate, and prepare standard Commercial Credit Card documentation in accordance with underwriting approvals, bank policy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize internal systems for document preparation, e-signatures, research, and workflow management.
  • Process approved temporary credit limit increase requests per guidelines and ensure accurate system updates.
  • Meet performance metrics for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate trends or recurring issues to senior team members or management.
  • Assist in client onboarding and training of clients both internal and external for credit card product packages, online activity and general card and spend management.
Education & Experience

Knowledge of:

  • Proficient technical skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain a proactive approach to assignments, manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Education and Training:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service/Call Center experience in a mid-to-large sized bank
  • One year of credit card experience is preferred.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience, preferably in a commercial bank environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.

(Base Pay Range: $22.00-29.00/hr)
