Now Hiring: Remote Patient Care Specialist
Fry Orthodontics

Do you love helping people, staying organized, and keeping the day running smoothly? Fry Orthodontics is looking for a friendly and dependable Remote Patient Care Specialist to join our Patient Care Center team!
This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in Kansas or Missouri.
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Hourly Rate:
$18.00-$19.00

In this role, you’ll be one of the first voices our patients hear. You’ll help answer calls, schedule appointments, update patient information, process phone payments, and support our teams by keeping schedules organized and patients taken care of.
What You’ll Do:
  • Answer incoming calls and assist patients with a positive, professional attitude
  • Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments as needed
  • Help keep patient records accurate and up to date
  • Post credit card payments received by phone
  • Monitor schedules and communicate updates or concerns with the team
  • Provide backup support for patient care needs, including initial exam calls and insurance needs
