Position Overview

The Credit Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial information, assessing credit risk, and providing recommendations that support decision-making across consumer, agricultural, and commercial portfolios. This role partners closely with internal teams and leadership to ensure consistent, data-driven decisions aligned with North Starโ€™s standards.


What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports to assess risk
  • Prepare detailed credit presentations and recommendations for financing requests
  • Evaluate cash flow, debt service coverage, collateral, and overall financial strength
  • Monitor existing relationships and identify emerging risks

What You Bring
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
