What You’ll Do:  

  • Owns creative project intake and oversees the timely flow of projects from concept through completion
  • Develops and manages production schedules, resourcing, prioritization, timelines, budgets, and reports to ensure projects remain on track
  • Monitors job progress by tracking schedules, deliverables, revisions, approvals, scope changes, vendor timelines, workload constraints, and open risks; communicates status clearly and proactively.
  • Serves as the key liaison between creative, production, digital, studio, marketing, compliance, and product development
  • Manages and continuously improves Brand Design workflows, SOPs, and project management processes.
  • Ensures creative development work is completed to specifications, brief, brand standards, and quality expectations.
  • Leads weekly check-in meetings with all staff and marketing to keep teams informed on assignments, schedules, production, vacations, and other key updates.
  • Escalates blockers, missed dependencies, workload constraints, or priority conflicts to leadership with recommended solutions and tradeoffs.
  • Diplomatically enforces deadlines and problem-solves in an efficient and professional manner.

    Bring It! 

    • 5+ years of experience in project or traffic management in an advertising agency or in-house agency environment; CPG experience preferred.
    • BA or BS preferred, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
    • Proficient with digital traffic management and project management systems, such as Workfront, or similar platforms.
    • Advanced knowledge of packaging artwork production, print vendor processes, proofing, mechanical files, dielines, color standards, production schedules, and SKU or product detail accuracy.
    • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing asset development for e-commerce, web, email, social, paid media, digital advertising, photography, video, post-production, and retailer content requirements.
    • Experience implementing or improving workflow systems, project management tools, proofing tools, DAM systems, intake processes, dashboards, status reporting, or SOPs.
    • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; willingness to learn new software as needed. Knowledge of the Mac platform is a plus.
    • Experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks with changing requirements.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

      Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
