They act as the integration point between intake and output of all creative projects by focusing on project management, asset management, capacity planning, and budgeting.

They excel at clearing barriers and problem solving, while gaining consensus across many stakeholders. In pursuit of continuous improvement, they will constantly evaluate resourcing, processes, and platforms.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESCreative intake, traffic, and resourcing: Owns creative project intake, project management, and traffic management, assigns project IDs and templates, partners with the Creative Director to allocate design, copy, and review resources; prioritizes work based on criticality and deadlines, and manages schedules, dashboards, and cross-functional touchpoints to ensure on-time delivery in a high-volume environmentWorkflow, systems, and operations optimization: Designs, manages, and continuously improves Creative Services workflows, SOPs, and project management processes; analyzes system needs, stays current on relevant technologies, maintains the creative tech stack, and recommends new tools or enhancementsDAM strategy and asset management: Leads asset collection, organization, metadata tagging, rights management, formatting, and archiving in the Pharmavite DAM; partners with the Creative Director to define DAM strategy, policies, and procedures; manages permissions, trains users, and supports asset retrievalQuality control, governance, and reviews: Manages proofing process of assets for accuracy and quality prior to final delivery, supports designers and vendors through QC processes, maintains approval and asset archives, and manages monthly cross-functional reviews of updated product packaging with documented visual and written logsReporting, enablement, and business partnership: Develops and delivers onboarding and training for Creative and cross-functional teams; pulls and analyzes workflow data (capacity, turnaround times, workload, project mix) to enable forecasting; collaborates closely with Business Excellence on communications and active initiatives; manages shared creative supplies and operational needsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSSeven+ years' experience in an in-house creative department (preferred) or external agency, working in Digital Asset Management and Project Management.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIESProficient Macintosh computer skills, knowledge of PC environmentProficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and DAM software operationDemonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, generative AI, workflow automation) to improve speed, quality, and efficiency across creative and operational tasksAbility to evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into daily workflows to enhance productivity and creative outputAdaptability and learning agility, with the ability to quickly adjust to new tools, processes, and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environmentStrong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely and openly with stakeholders, team members, and vendors on project needsInitiative to continually maximize efficiencies and effect improvements through relationship building and monitoring of process breakdownsSuccessful track record creating and managing project timelines/traffic for a creative agency or in-house teamProactive mindset toward continuous improvement, experimentation, and evolving ways of workingBachelor's degree or equivalent preferredOUR OFFERHere, career paths aren't predefined, and bureaucratic limitations don't exist -- you have the opportunity to grow, learn from industry pioneers, and develop the way you want to. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $110,000 - $184,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
