Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Traffic Coordinator who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to a high-volume creative environment. This is not simply a scheduling role. You’ll sit at the center of the Creative team’s workflow, helping determine what gets worked on, when it gets worked on, who owns it, and whether the team can realistically deliver against the deadline. This role partners closely with designers, videographers, content teams, communications leaders, and internal stakeholders to make sure creative work moves from request to completion without unnecessary confusion.

The right Traffic Coordinator is exceptionally organized, calm under pressure, highly communicative, and comfortable managing competing priorities in an environment where needs can change quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the centralized intake process for creative requests across SurgeU.
  • Reviewing incoming requests for scope, priority, deadlines, dependencies, and required resources.
  • Assigning and scheduling work across graphic design, video, and other creative resources.
  • Building and maintaining the master Creative production calendar.
  • Balancing team capacity against business priorities and delivery expectations.
  • Partnering with the Director of Creative to establish priorities when demand exceeds capacity.
  • Setting clear and realistic turnaround expectations with internal stakeholders.
  • Tracking projects from initial request through final delivery.
  • Identifying bottlenecks, missing information, and resource conflicts before they impact deadlines.
  • Keeping project owners informed of status, risks, and next steps without requiring them to chase the Creative team.
  • Coordinating dependencies across Creative, Content Production, Brand, Communications, ORM, Paid Media, and other teams.
  • Ensuring creative briefs are complete before work enters production.
  • Helping maintain strong workflow discipline so creatives can spend more time creating and less time managing logistics.
  • Supporting recurring campaign planning and major launches that require multiple creative deliverables.
  • Improving processes, templates, intake forms, project statuses, and operating rhythms as the team scales.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in creative traffic management, project coordination, production, agency operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience working within an in-house creative team, creative agency, production company, or fast-paced marketing organization.
  • Strong understanding of creative production workflows across graphic design and video.
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects with competing deadlines.
  • Strong working knowledge of project and workflow management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, ClickUp, Workfront, or similar.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently manage expectations and communicate when timelines or capacity need to change.
  • Ability to identify dependencies and risks before they become problems.
  • Comfort working in a fast-changing environment where priorities may shift quickly.
  • Strong judgment around prioritization and resource allocation.
  • A service-oriented mindset without becoming an order taker.

Job Benefits:

  • Health, Dental, Vision, Life,Holiday, and Paid Time Off.
  • Non-corporate, casual, entrepreneurial, comfortable, fun, and proactive work environment.
  • High-level performers, disciplined, and self-motivated people will dovery wellin this environment.
