What are creative services?

Creative services refer to a broad range of professional services that focus on conceptualizing, designing, and producing visual or multimedia content to support marketing, branding, and communication goals. This can include graphic design, copywriting, video production, web design, and advertising campaigns. Creative services teams work with clients or internal departments to deliver visually appealing and effective materials that help promote a brand, product, or message. These services are commonly found within advertising agencies, marketing firms, and in-house corporate teams.

How does a Creative Services professional typically collaborate with other departments within an organization?

Creative Services professionals work closely with various teams, such as marketing, sales, product development, and communications, to develop and deliver visual and written materials that align with the company’s branding and messaging. Collaboration often involves participating in brainstorming sessions, gathering input from stakeholders, and responding to feedback to ensure that creative assets meet strategic goals. Effective communication and project management skills are essential, as Creative Services often juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines while coordinating with multiple departments.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints, including signage, menus, in-room materials, and digital platforms

Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines across two active properties
  • Brief external vendors, agencies, and freelancers; oversee production timelines, proofing, and delivery
  • Track and manage creative budgets for both properties in partnership with the marketing team
  • Establish and maintain efficient creative workflows and approval processes with property leadership

Social & Digital Support

  • Work in close collaboration with the social media agency and in-house team to supply assets, creative briefs, and real-time content captures as needed
