Job description

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Sunrise, FL.
Marketing at MASA moves fast, and it moves on data and curiosity. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who doesn't wait for a tool to be handed to them; you find the smarter way to run a program, test a creative idea, or automate a tedious task, and you bring the rest of the team along with you. If you get a genuine charge out of connecting data, creative, and emerging technology into results, this role was built for you.
About Us
MASA has been a leader in emergency medical transportation insurance since 1974. We're not just a company-we're a close-knit team dedicated to "Protecting families with compassion when others don't." Our professional yet friendly company culture fosters collaboration, innovation, and a clear mission that resonates through every role as we support our expanding base of 2+ million members across the United States and the Caribbean. Learn more at https://www.masaaccess.com
What You Will Do
Reporting to our Director of Digital Acquisition, you will take ownership of MASA's digital marketing performance across seminar marketing, paid media, and conversion rate optimization-turning data into decisions and ideas into measurable growth.
Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Owning MASA's seminar digital marketing program end-to-end, translating performance data into recommendations that drive down cost per lead and drive up attendance, conversion, and ROI.
  • Bringing AI and automation into the everyday workflow, building tools and shortcuts that free the team up to focus on strategy instead of repetitive manual work.
  • Leading full-funnel strategy for programmatic and native advertising, ensuring the right creative reaches the right audience, on time and on brand.
  • Building a creative testing engine-designing experiments, tracking what wins, and turning findings into the team's next best move.
  • Owning the CRO testing roadmap across landing pages, ecommerce experiences, and offer messaging, partnering closely with design and copy to keep the pipeline of experiments moving.
  • Connecting the dots between creative, offer, and funnel performance-reporting out insights that shape how MASA markets going forward.
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related role, with hands-on depth in at least two of: program/campaign operations, paid media creative management, or CRO.
  • Real, hands-on experience putting AI tools or emerging platforms to work-automating a workflow, generating or testing creative, or building something lightweight to solve a problem-not just casual use.
  • A sharp analytical instinct, with the ability to pull data from multiple systems and turn it into a clear story and a clear recommendation.
  • Comfort managing data across marketing platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools, including strong Excel skills.
  • The ability to juggle several live workstreams at once without losing sight of the details or the bigger picture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
What We Will Provide You
  • Competitive base salary, bonuses, and comprehensive employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, and vision insurance with highly rated carriers; a 401(k) program with a company match; paid time off; company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and basic life insurance; and a free MASA membership.
  • A professional and friendly company culture that supports a clear mission: "Protecting families with compassion when others don't."
  • A rare seat at the intersection of data, creative, and emerging technology-real ownership over the tools and strategies that shape how MASA markets to millions of members.
Why We Think You'll Love This Opportunity
This isn't a role where you'll be handed a playbook and told to run it. You'll help write the playbook-testing what works, building the tools that make the team faster, and seeing your ideas show up directly in the numbers. If you want a job where curiosity is rewarded and your experiments actually ship, this is it.
