Job description

Our luxury lifestyle client is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to join their collaborative marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, solutions-oriented project manager who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and can quickly become a trusted partner to both creative and marketing teams. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running-a proactive self-starter who takes ownership, anticipates challenges, and confidently drives projects from kickoff through final delivery with minimal oversight.
Candidates should bring a strong agency or in-house marketing or advertising background with experience leading integrated 360° campaigns across digital, social, print, and marketing channels.
  • Rate: $43/hr.
  • Location: Fort Lauderdale | Hybrid - Onsite 2 days a week
Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple integrated marketing and 360° campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Build, maintain, and adjust project timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Partner closely with creative, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Lead project status meetings and communicate priorities, risks, and next steps.
  • Track project schedules, resources, and deliverables within Monday.com.
  • Monitor project scope and proactively identify solutions to keep work on track.
  • Improve workflows and foster collaboration across creative and marketing teams.
  • Successfully manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Creative Project Management experience within an advertising agency or in-house marketing/creative department.
  • Proven experience managing integrated/360° creative or marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, video, and marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of creative development and marketing workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop timelines, manage project schedules, and oversee project budgets.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
