Who You Are:

The Project Coordinator, Creative Services supports the daytoday coordination and execution of creative projects across digital, DTC, product launches, and integrated marketing initiatives. This role partners closely with Project Management Leads and Creative Leads to help keep work organized, timelines accurate, and communication flowing across teams.
This position is ideal for someone early in their creative project management career who thrives in a fastpaced, agencystyle environment, is highly organized, and is eager to learn how to manage creative workflows at scale.

What You're Good At:

  • Support the daytoday coordination of creative projects, assisting with tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables from kickoff through delivery.

  • Maintain project workflows in Wrike, including ticket setup, task updates, deadline tracking, and maintaining organized project records.

  • Assist in scheduling and preparing for creative reviews, including agendas, asset prep, and followups.

  • Serve as a point of support between Creative and crossfunctional partners.

  • Maintain visibility into the creative production queue, escalating risks or delays to the Project Manager as needed.

  • Conduct basic review checks to ensure assets align with briefs, brand standards, and compliance requirements before routing for final approval.

  • Track feedback, revisions, and approvals to ensure next steps are clear and actioned.

  • Assist with timeline management and flag constraints or conflicts when priorities shift.

  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for better organization.

What You Contribute:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0-3 years of experience in creative, marketing, or project coordination roles.
  • Agency experience highly preferred, especially in fastpaced, multiproject environments.
  • WRIKE experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with creative teams and navigating feedback cycles.
  • Clear, professional communicator who can collaborate across teams.
  • Adaptable and able to reprioritize quickly as timelines shift.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable supporting multiple projects at once.
  • Is a self-starter with a strong aptitude for solving problems individually and in teams, with the ability to propose alternative, improved solutions when possible.
