Job Description:

The Creative Services Manager is responsible for managing the creative team members tasked with producing creative assets/deliverables and executing marketing campaigns and communication strategies.

Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Creative Services Manager helps develop comprehensive marketing and communication campaigns and strategies that align with Montage Health's overall goals and objectives, including resource allocation and guiding and managing the stylistic direction in the development of creative projects from ideation or conceptualization through production and implementation.

Oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing. The Manager of Creative Services works closely with the creative team to develop compelling content, including copy, visuals, and multimedia assets, while ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all marketing and communications materials and campaigns to strengthen Montage Health's brand identity.

Manages relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors when necessary to support project execution.

Experience

Seven or more years of related experience in marketing and communication with a good understanding of creative operations is required. Preferably with an extensive background in graphic design and visual communication. Has a history of successful collaboration with direct reports, colleagues, supervisor, and other stakeholders with a demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic marketing and communication campaigns.

Proven ability to maintain brand consistency and identity across all marketing materials and campaigns. And ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Previous experience leading a creative team and managing relationships with vendors when necessary to support project execution.

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; creative thinking and problem-solving abilities; budget management experience; and strong project management skills. Computer and technical skills and experience include Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Applications, Asana, Prezi, and FileMaker.

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
