Description
Apple has an extraordinary opportunity for an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) within the Hardware Technologies team to drive power, performance, and thermal feature convergence across HW and SW, to optimize customer experience for the best power efficiency and performance within each product limit. This position works at the intersection of SoCs and products. In this role, you will lead investigations for the most sophisticated and multi-functional silicon and system debugs. This activity culminates into executive-level reviews of power, performance and thermal designs, driving convergence across product, SW and HW teams. This role covers silicon readiness and post-silicon phase of the product life cycle - including silicon bring-up preparation, HW/SW control feature integration, validation, and product mass-production support for Apple’s next generation products.","responsibilities":"Ability to influence large teams; develop and communicate the bigger picture.

Minimum Qualifications
BS in Engineering discipline + 10 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in SoC design, silicon, and system debug or validation with exposure to system/SW integration.
Technical Program Management or Engineering Leadership experience.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
