About the Role 

The Brand & Multimedia Designer works to execute Marketing activities and support the Creative team in delivering engaging, high-quality visual experiences across all brand channels. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of brand design, multimedia content, motion graphics, and visual communication initiatives. As the Brand & Multimedia Designer, you will provide exceptional creative strategies and design solutions to help the continued growth of our fast-paced company. A-LIGN will depend on you as the Brand & Multimedia Designer to support brand consistency, campaign execution, content development, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.

Full-Time, Exempt  

Responsibilities 
  • Design and deliver visual assets across web pages, landing pages, social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, sales presentations, reports, and event collateral
  • Create and maintain motion graphics, animated content, title sequences, and branded visual treatments for marketing and multimedia initiatives
  • Maintain and extend the A-LIGN brand system across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and adherence to established brand standards
  • Develop scalable design systems, templates, and creative resources including Figma libraries, PowerPoint templates, and social media assets
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Demand Generation teams to execute creative projects that support business objectives
  • Oversee the design and visual execution of major marketing initiatives, including website enhancements, campaign launches, resource center content, and flagship reports
  • Coordinate with the Video Production Manager to develop on-brand graphics, motion elements, and visual treatments for produced video content
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality creative output and effective task organization through project management tools
  • Evaluate creative performance and recommend design improvements that enhance engagement and user experience
  • Create presentation materials and sales enablement assets that effectively communicate key messaging and brand value
Minimum Qualifications 

EDUCATION 

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or other related fields

EXPERIENCE 

  • At least 4 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, brand design, or a related creative field
  • At least 2 years of experience creating motion graphics, video assets, or multimedia content for marketing initiatives
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
  • Experience developing and maintaining brand standards across multiple digital and print channels
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced business environment
  • Experience using Figma and presentation design tools to create scalable design systems and branded templates
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design, visual storytelling, layout design, and motion graphics development
