The Creative Director sets the creative vision for Idea Peddler and the brands we partner with. This role is responsible for elevating the standard of work across the agency-ensuring that every idea is strategically grounded, culturally relevant, and executed with excellence.

You will lead and inspire the creative team, shape big ideas across integrated campaigns, and serve as a trusted creative partner to clients and agency leadership. The Creative Director is both a visionary and a builder-driving bold thinking while ensuring disciplined execution.

What You'll Do

Creative Vision & Leadership

  • Define and champion the creative vision across the agency.
  • Lead the development of breakthrough, integrated campaigns across digital, social, media, print, experiential, and emerging platforms.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with strategic objectives and delivers measurable business impact.
  • Set and maintain a high bar for concept, craft, and execution.

Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop copywriters, designers, art directors, and other creative talent.
