We're continuously building our network of experienced talent across Creative Operations who are interested in being considered for full or part-time employment engagements with assignments to work with our enterprise partners. While this is not tied to one specific project, selected candidates may be matched to future employment opportunities based on experience, availability, and alignment with project needs.

Qualifications

What We Look For

  • Manage creative intake, scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and end-to-end workflow
  • Track timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate reviews, feedback cycles, and asset routing
  • Communicate project status, risks, and alignment updates
  • Optimize workflow tools
  • Oversee daily studio operations, traffic management, and creative routing
  • Manage team capacity, assignments, and SLAs
  • Ensure proper file handling, naming conventions, and version control
  • Partner with Creative Ops Lead on resourcing and process improvements
  • Maintain studio documentation, logs, tools, and systems
  • Manage digital asset ingestion, tagging, metadata, permissions, and delivery
  • Maintain asset libraries, DAM structure, governance, and archival systems
  • Support creative teams with asset access, rights, and retrieval
  • Ensure compliance with usage rights, licensing, legal requirements
  • Optimize DAM workflows and taxonomy

  • Background in Creative Project Management, Studio Management, Or Digital Asses Management
  • Experienced in managing creative workflow, timelines, resource needs, & overseeing studio operations, routing, scheduling.
